Weekends or holidays are great. That's when the ladies of the house make the most sumptuous treats for their families, for example mini donuts! They are so delicious.
I know that you want to prepare the tastiest donuts to thrill your family. You can do it, if you follow the rules and recipes for making them - nothing but the best will satisfy you.
The question is, how can you be sure? This article is targeted towards those people who are beginners to the art of making donuts. The process can be divided into three stages, namely:
- Gathering the ingredients/constituents and cooking the dough
- The process of frying [or baking] the dough
- Embellishment
Your family will rate your donuts primarily on their taste. So having the right recipe is important. Find out "your" recipe, the one you do the best. Learn every detail about the ingredients especially when and how they mix!
Tread carefully when making your mini donuts. Follow the recipe or else even a little mistake can completely spoil the taste. Don't get worked up if you can't get the recipe right the first time.
Experiment! Think how much you and your family will enjoy munching your hot donuts. You will get your recipe right faster than you can imagine.
The dough must be soft; this is the most important point. The softness of the dough has a huge effect on the taste of the final product.
Next, you must have the correct equipment to make your mini donuts. Cook them in oil heated to 375 degrees Fahrenheit which is the perfect temperature for frying donuts. Your donuts should not exceed inch in thickness. Place your donuts in a pot for cooking because you'll need to flip them easily. When the donuts become light golden in color and bloat, it's time to turn them over.
There's an important point about oil I want to tell you. Use fresh oil each time you make donuts. Don 't fry them in used oil; used oil will give them a bad smell and can even harm your health.
Once they're ready, put the donuts on paper towels. The paper will soak the extra oil. Garnish your donuts with cinnamon and sugar and consume them when they are still hot.
Don't throw away the leftovers. The last stage is an embellishment on the product. Use your creativity and ideas to decorate your donuts. Eat, as your heart wants!
